Information you provide
When you submit a service request, the website may collect your name, phone number, email address, property type, property city, requested service, preferred contact method, timing, project description, and an optional project photograph.
Technical information
The request system may process limited technical information such as the page used to submit the request, browser information, and a shortened cryptographic hash derived from the network address. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and spam prevention.
How information is used
- To review and respond to an electrical service request.
- To clarify the property, scope, timing, or contact preference.
- To protect the request system from abuse.
- To maintain an operational record of the inquiry.
- To deliver the request through connected service providers when those integrations are enabled.
Sharing
Allegiant does not sell service-request information. Information may be handled by website hosting, file-storage, notification, or customer-management providers that support the request workflow. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect safety and legal rights.
Project photographs
Uploaded photographs are used to understand the submitted electrical project. Do not upload identification documents, financial records, access codes, or unrelated personal information.
Retention and security
Service-request information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about the information associated with a request, request a correction, or ask that information be deleted when it is no longer needed and no legal or operational reason requires retention.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or public analytics. If measurement tools are added, this notice and any required controls will be updated first.
